Tour Consultant:

Sri Lanka’s leading travel and tourism company is Looking for dynamic and experienced tour consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers plan and book tours or trips.
• Give information about travel places and packages.
• Answer customer questions and support them before and after travel.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality.
• 1–3 years of work experience in travel or customer service.
• Good speaking, selling, and computer skills.

Job Duties:

• Make tour plans as per customer needs.
• Book hotels, flights, and transport.
• Keep booking details and customer records up to date.
