We are Looking for enthusiastic & dynamic individual to join our as Culinary Director

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all kitchen activities and food operations.
  • Create new menus and improve existing dishes.
  • Guide and train chefs and kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or diploma.
  • 8 or more years of cooking and kitchen management experience.
  • Good skills in planning, food cost control, and leadership.

Job Duties:

  • Check food quality and kitchen performance in all outlets.
  • Plan food budgets and control stock and waste.
  • Make sure all hygiene and safety rules are followed.
