Culinary Director
We are Looking for enthusiastic & dynamic individual to join our as Culinary Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage all kitchen activities and food operations.
- Create new menus and improve existing dishes.
- Guide and train chefs and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or diploma.
- 8 or more years of cooking and kitchen management experience.
- Good skills in planning, food cost control, and leadership.
Job Duties:
- Check food quality and kitchen performance in all outlets.
- Plan food budgets and control stock and waste.
- Make sure all hygiene and safety rules are followed.
