Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs and help manage the budget.
• Keep track of materials, labor, and site expenses.
• Help with billing, contracts, and project reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing tools.

Job Duties:

• Prepare quantity sheets and cost estimates.
• Check bills from contractors and suppliers.
• Work with site teams to manage and control project costs.
